Vendor Fee

Vendor Requirements

  • Completed and signed application submitted by December 9, 2024.

  • $50 final payment by December 9, 2024.

  • Attend the mandatory Zoom meeting on December 10, 2024, at 5:00 PM.

  • Arrive for setup before 9:30 AM and break down your space by 5:00 PM.

  • Offer one free interactive activity at your station for public engagement.

  • Post 2-3 times per week on social media starting December 1, 2024.

  • Follow all guidelines for setup, timing, and breakdown
