BAGNA CAUDA 2024
Mark your calendars for the annual Bagna Cauda event, hosted by the West County Salesian Youth Club (formally West Contra Costa Salesian Boys & Girls Club). Enjoy a traditional Italian culinary experience featuring Bagna Cauda, a warm dip made with garlic, anchovies, and olive oil. The event will be prepared by Eddie Menosse and his famous Cooking Crew, including freshly-baked Ciabatta rolls from the Maggiora Baking Company.
